Returns Policy
1. Mileage Deduction:
A deduction of £1.50 per mile will be applied to all returned vehicles to account for depreciation due to usage.
2. Distance Sales:
Vehicles purchased without an in-person viewing (distance sales) are eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
3. Fees for Returns:
• Restocking Fee: £200
• Valet/Cleaning Fee: £50
• These fees will be deducted from the refund total.
4. Condition of Returns:
Returned vehicles must be in the same condition as at the point of sale, with no additional damage, missing documentation, or excessive wear and tear.
5. Return Costs:
The buyer is responsible for returning the vehicle to the dealership at their own cost. Collection can be arranged at the buyer’s expense.
6. Delivery Costs:
Delivery fees are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation within the return window.
Deposit Policy
1. Non-Refundable Deposits:
All holding deposits are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where the dealership cannot fulfil the sale.
2. Holding Period:
Deposits hold the vehicle for 14 days, after which the vehicle may be relisted or sold unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty Policy
• In-House Warranty Limit: £150 per claim
• Vehicle Recovery: Buyer is responsible for returning the vehicle for assessment in the event of a warranty claim.
• Unauthorised Repairs: Any repairs carried out without prior written approval will void the warranty.
• Modifications: Any form of modification voids the warranty.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover wear & tear, consumables (e.g., tyres, brake pads), or neglect-related faults.
7. Distance Sales Warranty Terms:
• Delivery and Collection Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Return Condition: Any vehicle returned under distance sales must be in original sale condition.
Post-Sale Responsibility
1. Buyer is responsible for road tax and insurance from the point of sale/delivery.
2. Vehicle liability transfers to the buyer once the vehicle has been handed over, excluding items covered under warranty.
Privacy & Data
Customer data will only be used for sale processing, warranty claims, or lawful financing agreements. Data is protected under GDPR.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution informally before pursuing legal or regulatory action.
